Refund policy
At CatLife247, our goal is to make you and your feline family happy. Every purchase helps support our mission to build cat sanctuaries and fund rescue work — so we want every experience to feel good from checkout to cat nap.
That said, because some of our products ship from different warehouses (including international partners), our return policy varies slightly by item type. Please read carefully before ordering.
CATLIFE247 CLOTHING & GIFTS:
For the products we make, we have a free 30-day return policy on printing errors, shirt irregularities, and mistakes we made. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and we will pay return shipping. If you chose the wrong size or color, we will allow and exchange within 30 days but the customer must pay the return shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
*BY ORDERING, YOU AGREE TO OUR STORE POLICIES REGARDING COLORS SOMETIMES VARYING SLIGHTLY AND BECAUSE WE ARE A REAL CAT RESCUE, ORDERS CAN TAKE 3-7 DAYS TO PROCESS. THE KITTIES APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.
*CATLIFE247 CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF SPECIAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT USED WHILE WASHING OR DRYING AND THE DESIGN FADES OR CRACKS. IF DIRECTIONS ARE FOLLOWED, THE DESIGN WILL LAST 50-100 DELICATE WASHES.

If your return is accepted and approved, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International / Dropshipped Products:
To keep prices as low as possible for our community, some items are shipped directly from our trusted overseas partners (such as CJdropshipping).

These items are final sale and cannot be returned due to international shipping costs and customs restrictions.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video and we’ll gladly send a replacement or partial refund if applicable.
We stand behind every order and will always do our best to make it right — we just ask for your understanding with international shipments.
