The Big CatLife247 Holiday Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. The Big CatLife247 Holiday Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Catlife247 LLC ("Sponsor"). Questions can be sent to leavenonebehind@catlife247.com. The Giveaway is held in celebration of the grand opening of Feisty & Fabulous Cat Sanctuary Inc, which is not a sponsor and has no responsibility for the Giveaway.

2. Who can enter. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

3. Entry period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on November 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 4, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

4. How to enter. Visit catlife247.myshopify.com/pages/giveaway during the Entry Period, enter your first name and email address, check the box confirming you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules, and submit the form. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Using more than one email address, or any automated or bulk method of entry, will void all of that person's entries. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing will not affect your entry.

5. Prizes. Thirty-three (33) prizes will be awarded. Approximate retail value (ARV) is shown for each.

  • One (1) cat tree. ARV $90.00.
  • Five (5) CatLife247 gift cards, $25.00 each, redeemable at catlife247.myshopify.com. ARV $25.00 each.
  • Five (5) CatLife247 shirts, winner's choice of available design and size. ARV $22.00 each.
  • Three (3) Kitty Greens cat grass kits. ARV $16.00 each.
  • Three (3) paperback copies of Whisker Woods: What Remains. ARV $19.99 each.
  • Three (3) CatLife247 adult coloring books. ARV $12.00 each.
  • Three (3) CatLife247 kids coloring books. ARV $12.00 each.
  • Ten (10) digital book downloads from the CatLife247 store, chosen from options Sponsor provides. ARV up to $6.00 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $565. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Physical prizes are shipped free of charge to the winner's address in the United States. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Gift cards do not expire and have no cash value except where required by law. Each winner is responsible for any taxes on their prize.

6. Winner selection. On or about December 5, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select winners from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Prizes will be assigned in random order. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification. Winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter, on or about December 5, 2026. Each winner must reply within three (3) days with a shipping address (and, where applicable, a shirt size and design or a digital download choice). If a winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or a notification is returned as undeliverable, that prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random. Sponsor is not responsible for emails filtered to spam or junk folders.

8. Publicity. Sponsor may announce winners by first name and state on its website, email list and social media, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor will not publish winners' email addresses or street addresses.

9. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, provides false information or violates these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, such as technical failure, fraud or other causes, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway and award prizes from eligible entries received before that time. Sponsor's decisions are final.

10. Release and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used to run the Giveaway and to send Sponsor's emails, as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

12. Social media. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or any other social media platform.

13. Winners list. To request a list of winners (first names and states), email leavenonebehind@catlife247.com with the subject "Giveaway Winners" by January 31, 2027.
